Dr. Harjit Sidhu

Dr. Harjit Sidhu, (Ph.D, FCCA, NLP, IHA), academically trained as Certified Chartered Accountant (FCCA) served in corporations (manufacturing, Internet startups, Automobiles and consultancy) for 18 years. This wealth of corporate experience became the groundwork in his journey as a Corporate Trainer and Business Coach for past 17 years in the fields of Leadership, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Emotional and Spiritual Intelligence, Hypnotherapy, Mindset and motivation as well as Innovation and Lateral thinking.

Rohizat Baharum

Rohizat has over 25 years of experience garnered from working in the hospitality industry such as Equatorial, Hyatt, Parkroyal, Pan Pacific Hotels & Resort, as well as international MICE properties such as the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) & Malaysia International Trade & Exhibition Centre (MITEC). Rohizat is actively involved as Industrial Relations Panel for Industrial Court, SOCSO Panel and he also sits as Vice President of ASIA Hospitality and Human Resource Association and Deputy Chairman of Malaysia Tourism Talent Development (MyTTDC). He formerly was the Chairman of MEF Hotel HR Practitioners for over 10 years.

Driven by passion towards creating job opportunities and developing talents, Rohizat has taken the liberty in spearheading many initiatives which are proven to have benefited the hospitality industry & young talents. Within his capacity, he initiated MoUs with hospitality colleges for implementation of skills training for Catering, Housekeeping, Culinary and Beverage. He has also introduced the 'Casual Worker Program” – Skill Training for students to Hospitality Colleges and Universities. Mr Rohizat involved in career and motivational talks to the young graduates. Sunny Savinderjit Singh

Alice Yeap

Alice brings with her a wealth of experience gained over 28 years in the corporate world. A qualified accountant, she started out as an auditor before venturing into finance and corporate restructuring in her early career. For the last 15 years, she specialized in strategic planning, business negotiation, and feasibility studies, designed & developed business proposals & presentations, and driving business performances.

What makes her stand out as a Trainer is that she is able to bring alive the sharing of her vast experience and skills through compelling and engaging storytelling, connecting knowledge and application in simple effective ways.

Dr. Rajbans

Dr. Rajbans qualified from the University of Mysore in 1984. He then served as a medical officer in various hospitals including general hospitals in Kuching, Klang and Seremban.  

In 1992 he got his Membership from the Royal College of Physicians U.K. and served as a specialist at Seremban Hospital.

In 1994 he was granted a government scholarship to pursue his subspecialisation in Geriatrics at Cardiff Royal group of hospitals. He served in Cardiff as an honorary registrar and in 1994 got his Diploma in Geriatric Medicine from the Royal College of Physicians in London.

He came back to Malaysia in 1995 and started the first Geriatric ward in Malaysia at Hospital Seremban and he also was the first Geriatrician in the Ministry of Health.

He later served as a Senior Lecturer in Medicine and Head of the Geriatric Unit at University Putra Malaysia and as a Consultant Physician and Geriatrician at General Hospital Kuala Lumpur.

Presently DR. RAJBANS serves as a Consultant at Pantai Hospital Bangsar.  

He is the founder member and Past President of the Malaysian Healthy Aging Society and presently is the President of the Malaysian Wellness Society. He is also a Certified Nutrigenomics Practitioner. 

Dr. Rajbans has also developed a course on wellness and healthy aging and the focus is on educating the public on preventive health, wellness and longevity.

Dr. Rajbans has been invited to give numerous talks on healthy aging and wellness and has presented at conferences in Malaysia, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.

He also has written numerous articles on health and wellness related issues in local publications, health magazines and medical publications. Dr. Fakhrul Anwar Zainol

Dr. Fakhrul is a professional business coach for SMEs owners and managers, helping them grow and develop their enterprises. He coaches in a wide variety of industries, including sales, healthcare, services and manufacturing-related services. He has practiced in functional areas such as sales, marketing, and operations.
