Jasmiza currently serves five medium enterprises as Chief of Staff and Chief of Capabilities to facilitate organizational development and growth. Her business outfits have contributed to more than 300 companies since 2009. She also advises and consults corporates and GLCs on manpower optimization, capability buildings, knowledge management and operational excellence initiatives.

She left the corporate to venture forth as a self-taught entrepreneur to fulfill her dreams and purpose in life. She is currently the Director of Jasmiza Solutions Sdn. Bhd. and Human Capex Sdn. Bhd., an industry expert in Human Capital Development, provides innovative and lasting solutions to small-medium enterprises right up to giant multinationals. She develops and leads high-impact programs that unleash talent and motivate leading organizations toward realizing their vision. 

Today, she is pursuing her expertise development in Merger and Acquisition with Imperial College Business School, London.
