6 Module 6: Strategic Planning & Strategy Execution

This module covers the skills and strategies needed to develop and execute effective plans for long-term organizational success. Participants will learn about the strategic planning process, including how to conduct a SWOT analysis, set long-term goals, and develop a plan for achieving them. Strategy execution is also a key aspect of this module, and participants will learn about different approaches to implementing and executing strategies, as well as how to measure and evaluate their effectiveness.
